There is no need to submit a request on the OOP Request Portal to ask the Out of Province financial aid team to complete that Appendix 3. It will be completed by the Out of Province financial aid team, as the team has access to that StudentAidBC Appendix 3 portal.
TIMING FOR PROCESSING : Allow three weeks after ACORN fees invoices are made available in mid-April (for summer term) or mid-July (for fall term) for the Appendix 3 to be completed on the Appendix 3 portal by the OOP financial aid team.
Your Appendix 3 can only be completed after your ACORN fees invoice has been made available, because the Appendix 3 requires us to report the tuition costs (program and incidental fees) that you have been assessed for the terms that you are requesting funding. We want to ensure that we report the correct tuition fees for you, so that the correct tuition fees will be assessed by StudentAidBC.
You will be notified at your utoronto.ca email account asking you to log into the OOP Request Portal once the Appendix 3 has been completed on the Appendix 3 portal, OR if there is additional information required from you before it can be completed.
