Student Accounts and Payroll, Human Resources can issue T4A tax forms for the University of Toronto. Both T4A tax forms must be reported on your tax return with the Canada Revenue Agency.
For example, graduate students may receive funding on ACORN and/or Payroll and can receive T4A tax forms from both offices.
