Students with Canadian permanent residency, Canadian citizenship, or Canadian dual citizenship, are not eligible for the Pearson Scholarship program; however, they will be considered for our entrance scholarships if they apply to U of T.  No separate application is required as our entrance scholarships are merit-based.  You can find out more at http://future.utoronto.ca/finances/scholarships.
