How do I order a paper transcript?


If an exceptional circumstance requires a paper transcript, make a request by using the Get Help section of the Service Centre and select 'Transcripts' in the 'Area of inquiry' menu. A reason must be provided and supporting documentation must be attached, specifying why a paper transcript is necessary.
 
Please note, paper transcripts will take an additional 5 business days to be processed, not including mailing. They will be delivered via Canada Post regular mail. Tracking is unavailable for mailed transcripts. The University Registrar’s Office is not responsible for transcripts not delivered or lost in transit by the postal service.
