If your payment is taking longer than 3-5 business days to appear on your ACORN invoice, please send our office a message on our service portal - see Get Help on http://uoft.me/client-services and attach a copy of your payment receipt. We will investigate the missing payment with our Finance office and get back to you as soon as possible. If you made an international payment through Convera or Flywire, please include you receipt and the payment reference number.
