Add a profile picture in Outlook Web Access (OWA)


Introduction

Communicating through email can be so impersonal. Often, we connect with our colleagues online before we meet them in person. So how can you add a personal touch to your Office 365 account? Simply add a profile picture.

Instructions

  1. Click on your account icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

  2. Click on the profile photo icon.

  3. Click Choose File. Select a photo from your device to set as your new profile picture.

It’s as simple as that. Now when your colleagues receive a message from you they’ll be able to put a face to the name.
