We recommend that you connect to the Microsoft 365 service via your web browser or the up-to-date Outlook email client for the most complete access to the features and functionality.

Microsoft 365 apps (including Outlook) are available for University of Toronto-owned computers through the University of Toronto Microsoft Campus and School Agreement (CASA).

For personal computers, depending on your eligibility, you may have access to Microsoft 365 ProPlus, which allows the installation of subscription-based desktop versions of Office apps. Please confirm your Microsoft 365 ProPlus access eligibility by consulting this article: Microsoft 365 Licensing – Toolkit overview and eligibility. If eligible, you will be able to download and install Microsoft 365 apps (including Outlook) on up to 5 devices. If you are not eligible, the software could be accessed through the web interface for Microsoft 365.
