Introduction
When you create a Teams meeting, you can invite the members of an individual team/channel.
Instructions
- Go to your calendar on the Teams application by clicking on Calendar in the left side menu.
- Click on New meeting.
- Fill out your meeting details.
- You will see an option to add a channel. Click on the box Add channel and a dropdown of the teams you are currently a member of will appear.
- Select the team/channel you would like to create an event for and then fill out the rest of the event details as normal.
- Save the event.
Note: It is currently not possible to add a private channel to a meeting invitation.
