Introduction

Full message headers (called “message details”) in Outlook Web Access (OWA) can be useful in diagnosing email problems, determining the origin of a message and other forms of troubleshooting. In the course of assisting with a technical problem, you may be asked to send this information to ESC (http://uoft.me/esc) for further analysis.

Instructions

1. Log into OWA at https://mail.utoronto.ca.
2. Select the message, click on the More (three dots) icon beside the reply options.
   
    
3. In the dropdown, select View, then select View message details.
   
    
4. A Message details window will open. You can select and copy the content from the Message details.
