Introduction

Depending on your eligibility you may have access to Microsoft 365 ProPlus, which allows the installation of subscription-based desktop versions of Office apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. You can also get Skype for Business as a separate download from the Apps & devices section.

Instructions

1. Log into UTmail+ at https://mail.utoronto.ca.
2. Click on your user icon in the top right corner of the screen and select View Account.
   
    
3. Scroll down to find Office apps and click MANAGE >.
   
    
4. Under Skype for Business, click Install Skype.
   
    
5. You will be prompted to save the Skype for Business installer file. It will be saved to your Downloads folder.
6. Open the .pkg file to start the installation.
