The Teams Calls feature allows you to make voice or video calls (you must have a camera and speakers or a headset for your computer for all features to work). You can have one-on-one calls or calls with several people. You can set them up ahead of time like a meeting, or you can start them on the fly while in a chat (for example).

If the person you are calling is not available, you will be given the opportunity to leave a “voicemail” message. They will see a notification pop up in Teams and will also receive an email with the attached voicemail message. You can use the standard greeting provided by Teams or you can set a customized greeting in the settings.
