Introduction

This article explains how to check the current status of your central U of T email address. This may be helpful for you if:

• You are unsure what your email address is.
• You want to find out if your @alum.utoronto.ca email address has been created.
• You want to see what the current webmail “from” address is.

Note: Gmail addresses ending in @alumni.utoronto.ca cannot be checked using this tool.

Instructions

1. Go to https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca > Get Information.
2. Enter your UTORid and Password.
3. Click on Authenticate.
4. The below image illustrates an account with the @alum.utoronto.ca address added, but still with the default address of @mail.utoronto.ca.
