Staff UTmail+: Configure Outlook on Windows

Introduction

Active U of T staff have access to a full desktop version of Microsoft Office for Mac or PC, which includes Outlook.

Only install Office 365 if you don't already have a copy of Microsoft Office on your computer. If you upgraded from a previous version of Outlook, your existing email profile should automatically transfer over into Microsoft 365.

If you are not upgrading from an older version of Outlook, you will have to set up your email account when opening the Microsoft 365 suite of apps (including Outlook) for the first time.

Follow these instructions to download your Microsoft 365 app package.
