Introduction
Gmail is an email client provided by Google. Read this knowledge article to learn how to configure your Gmail on an Android mobile.

Remove an existing UTmail+ email account
If you have an existing UTmail+ account set up on your device, please delete your existing UTmail+ account from your Android's Gmail app before adding it.
Add an UTmail+ email account
- Open the Gmail application.
- Click on the Settings icon (three stacked lines).
- In the sidebar menu, tap on Settings.
- Select Add account.
- In the Set up email screen, select Exchange and Office 365.
- Enter your email address (firstname.lastname@utoronto.ca) and tap Next.
- In the weblogin screen that appears, enter your UTORid and password and tap on log in.
- In the University of Toronto Multi-Factor Authentication (UTORMFA) screen, complete the authentication method by send a push or enter a passcode from the DUO application.
- Tap Accept on the Permissions requested screen.
- In the final screen, after the account has been set up, click Done.
