Book an appointment in Bookings
Instructions
- Open the Bookings link.
- Click on the type of appointment.
- If the options are given, you may select staff (the specific person you would like to see for this service). If you have no preference you may leave it as Anyone.
- Scroll down and select an available date and time.
- Scroll down to the Add your details section and enter the required information in the appropriate fields (name, email, notes, etc.). Provide a valid email that which the confirmation message can be sent to. Click Book.
- A confirmation message will pop up. Take note of the date and time. A confirmation message will be sent to the email provided. From here you can reschedule, cancel the booking, or complete a new booking.
- If the meeting is set to take place online, the Teams meeting link will be included in the meeting invitation.
