Book an appointment in Bookings


Instructions

  1. Open the Bookings link. 
  2. Click on the type of appointment.
    Select a service.
     
     
  3. If the options are given, you may select staff (the specific person you would like to see for this service). If you have no preference you may leave it as Anyone.
    Select staff.
     
     
  4. Scroll down and select an available date and time.

  5. Scroll down to the Add your details section and enter the required information in the appropriate fields (name, email, notes, etc.). Provide a valid email that which the confirmation message can be sent to. Click Book.

  6. A confirmation message will pop up. Take note of the date and time. A confirmation message will be sent to the email provided. From here you can reschedule, cancel the booking, or complete a new booking.

    • If the meeting is set to take place online, the Teams meeting link will be included in the meeting invitation.
