Access a shared resource calendar (students)


Outlook Web Access (OWA)

  1. If you are a student who needs to access a shared resource calendar, log into your account through https://mail.utoronto.ca
  2. Navigate to Calendar, then click Add Calendar, then Add From Directory.

  3. Search for the contact associated with the calendar.
  4. Pick under which category of calendar you would like to add to.
  5. Then click Add
  6. The shared calendar will open if you have sufficient permission.

Outlook for Windows

  1. Go to the Calendar tab.

  2. Click on Add within the Home menu items. Then choose Open shared calendar in the dropdown.

  3. In the Open a Shared Calendar window, click on Name.

  4. Search for the contact associated with the calendar and then click OK.

  5. Then click OK again.

  6. The shared calendar will open if you have sufficient permission.

Outlook for Mac

  1. Open the Outlook application.
  2. Click on File, then Open, then Shared calendar.

  3. In the Open Calendar window, search for the contact associated with the calendar and then click Open.
