Authenticate using a mobile device passcode


When logging into an application protected by UTORMFA, you will see the Weblogin page with the UTORid and password prompt followed by the UTORMFA page.

  1. If you have previously used a push notification to authenticate, you will need to select "Other options".

  2. Choose "Duo Mobile passcode" from the list.

  3. Open the Duo Mobile app on your phone and click on the University of Toronto account. You will see a 6-digit code displayed on the app.

  4. Enter this code into the Duo prompt and click Verify to continue.
