To correct certain issues with the UTmail+ service, it may be necessary to clear the cookies and cache from your browser.
Clear cookies in Chrome
Clear all cookies
- Open the settings menu indicated by three dots.
- Select Delete browsing data...
- In the Delete browsing data window, check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files and Download history.
- To update the date range and time, select the More tab in the top left corner and then select to All time.
- Click Delete data.
Clear specific cookies
- Click the settings menu indicated by three dots and select Settings in Windows or go to Preferences from the Chrome menu on Mac.
- In the Privacy and security section, click Third party cookies.

3. Select See all site data and permissions.

4. Here you'll see a list of all the websites with associated cookies. Use the search bar at the top left to find a specific site.
5. Select the sites you'd like to delete cookies for. Select the garbage icon.

6. In the pop-up window that appears, select Delete again to confirm.

Clear cookies in Safari
Clear all cookies
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select Settings.

- Select the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.

- Click Remove All.

Clear specific cookies
- Click the Safari menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Select the cookie you wish to delete and click Remove.

Clearing cookies in Microsoft Edge
Clear all cookies
- Open the settings menu indicated by the three dots.
- In the dropdown menu, select Delete browsing data.
- In the Delete browsing data dropdown menu for the Time range, select All time. Then check Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Note: Edge also provides options to delete password data, autofill form data, site permissions, all data from previous Microsoft Edge versions, and media foundation data, which includes licenses, certificates, keys and more. You may wish to retain some of this data, depending on how much is saved.
- Once you have decided what data you'd like to delete, click Clear now.
Clear specific cookies
- Open the settings menu indicated by the three dots and in the dropdown select Settings.
- Under the Top Settings options across the top of the page, select Manage Cookies.

- Under Privacy, search and services/Cookies, select See all cookies and site data. You'll then see a list of all sites and associated cookies.
- To delete a specific cookie, click on the drop-down icon and then the garbage icon to the right of the listing.
Clear cookies in Firefox
Clear all cookies (Windows)
- Click the menu button (three lines) and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Clear Data… button.
- The Clear Data dialog will appear.

- Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked. You may also wish to clear your browsing and download history.
- Click Clear.
Clear All Cookies (Mac)
- In the toolbar, click the History tab and then select Clear Recent History.

- Set the Time Range to clear to Everything.

- Ensure that Cookies and Cache are checked.
- Click Ok.
Clear specific cookies
- To delete cookies for any single website:
- Click the menu button (three lines) and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section

- Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
- In the Search websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. Items that match your search will be displayed.
- To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.
- Click Save Changes.
- In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click Remove.
