How to retrieve submissions from past sessions in the Course Information System


This page applies to Department Administrators and Registrar's Offices only.


Introduction

Administrative staff have access to all information submitted to CIS for any module and from any session in the past, including Activity Log entries, module data exports, and documents uploaded by Instructors. Final Exam documents can be accessed by Registrar's Offices only.

Note: Submissions from past sessions are read-only and cannot be edited.

 

Access Historical Submissions

  1. On your Home Page, click a Module tab at the top.
  2. Click the Change Session button, below the Module Dashboard heading.
  3. Search and select a session from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Go button.
  5. Click the View button to the right of the desired course.
