Participants list disappears during Teams meeting


Some Teams users at the University of Toronto have reported issues with their Teams meeting displays. The most common issue reported is that parts of the participants list disappear intermittently during meetings. If you have been experiencing this issue on an ongoing basis, we recommend you try the following fix:

  1. Sign out of Teams completely.
  2. Sign back into Teams.
  3. Clear your Teams cache. Instructions on how to clear your Teams cache can be found here in this article on how to clear Teams cache.
