- Ensure that you have followed your destination site

Errors or Warnings about file size
When using Move To or Copy To there are limitations regarding file size and total size of all files to be copied.
When a file is moved, a copy is stored in the source site's Recycle Bin. It is subject to notification and 93 day retention unless recovered from the Recycle Bin.
Copying permissions
Copy To will not transfer permissions over to the new location. However Move To now gives you the option to keep permissions. Make sure to select the 'Keep sharing with the same people' box before Move here to maintain permissions.
Those individuals will receive a notification that the file has been moved. For further assistance on copying over direct permissions in the files, contact EASI SharePoint Support.
