What is QLess?
Introduction
QLess is a new platform that we launched at the University and is one of the solutions that has been provided by the EASI team to help manage space on Campus. QLess is a virtual queue management tool that eliminates the need for in-person lineups. It is an effective and convenient solution to schedule appointments and manage lines in rooms.
Features of QLess
- Staff facing interface from which user can add, move, or summon customers to queue(s).
- A dashboard with a “At-a-glance” view display that shows up to the minute queue activities.
- Customers to join the queue from anywhere on mobile phone.
- Service agents to manage customer flow by combining personalization, automation, and flexibility to allow your customers to wait when, where and how they want
- Flex appointment technology feature allows clients to book an appointment for a future day and time.
- Appointment time block configuration, appointment availability configuration and appointment interval configuration.
Note: This solution not be used in University-run health clinic contexts or for contact tracing.
Technical Requirements of QLess
- QLess provides a completely hosted solution.​
- Access via browser (web site), QLess app, or SMS text messaging​
- Participating users may want to include a link to the QLess solution from their website
Note: It currently takes 2 to 3 weeks lead time for configuration of QLess to any department.
