Background

Maintaining StarRez user access is a key responsibility of a residence's access control representative. In order to easily facilitate this, dashboards are now available to power users.

These dashboards (e.g. Security Users - WDW, Security Users - UTSC, etc.) have panels that list:

1. All active StarRez users at the residence and their residence-specific security group membership
2. All security groups at a residence and the active members of that group

The reports that the dashboard panels are created from are available in Reports > Shared Reports > Global Reports > Security Users by Residence, where you will find a residence-specific folder containing the reports.

Note: These dashboards, panels, and reports are only available to power users at each residence.

What's next?

Power users can review their residence's dashboard at any time. They can then submit a StarRez Access Request form to modify/delete a user's access as needed.

Each dashboard panel can be exported as well; this is particularly useful if your residence's StarRez access is audited.
