Note: If you have an existing UTmail+ account set up on your device, please delete your existing UTmail+ account from your device before adding it.
Add an alumnimail email account
For a newly installed Microsoft Outlook application
- Open the Play store, find Microsoft Outlook and tap Install.
- Open Microsoft Outlook once it’s finished installing. Tap Get Started.
- In the Add Account screen, type your email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@alumni.utoronto.ca) and tap Continue.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
For a previously installed Microsoft Outlook application
- Open the Microsoft Outlook application.
- Tap on Inbox.
- Tap on the Add Email Account icon (white envelope on grey background with a blue plus sign) on the left. In the pop-up menu options on the bottom, tap Add Email Account.
- In the Add Account screen, type your email address (e.g. firstname.lastname@alumni.utoronto.ca) and tap Continue.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
