Microsoft recently created a New Outlook that is operationally similar to Outlook Online. As of February 2024, several tasks require reverting to Outlook Classic to complete as they are not supported in the newer version. This includes exporting .pst files, importing local calendars, and entering safe mode, among other tasks.
Note that alumnimail can only be configured in New Outlook if you have a separate Microsoft Account that has a valid license.
