Export and import Calendar on Mac


When you export your calendar from UTmail+ via the Apple Calendar application, a copy of your calendar is saved to an .ics file. You can then use this file to import your calendar to another email account.

Export Calendar items (.ics files) in Apple Calendar

  1. In the Calendar app on your Mac, click the calendar’s name in the calendar list. If you don’t see the calendar list on the left, choose View > Show Calendar List.



  2. Choose File > Export > Export.



  3. Choose where to save it, then click Export.
  4. The events can be exported to a calendar (.ics) file only.

Import Calendar items (.ics file) into another account via Apple Calendar

  1. Select File > Import.
  2. Select the .ics file you would like to import. 
  3. In the Add event window, select the calendar you wish to import content into and click OK.
