Verify your UTORid and password

If you think you have the correct UTORid and password combination, you can verify this by doing the following:

1. Go to https://www.utorid.utoronto.ca.
2. Go to the bottom of the page under Problems with your UTORid? Click on verify your UTORid and password.
3. Enter your UTORid and password under Check Your UTORid.
4. Click Check your UTORid.
5. You should see a message stating, "Your UTORid and password have been verified."

If your UTORid and password do not authenticate, it may be that your inputted UTORid and/or password is incorrect. For forgotten passwords, consult the options on the Forgotten UTORid Password article. If you have previously set up a password recovery method use the Self Serve Password Recovery Tool. For forgotten UTORids, please contact your Help Desk. 

If a message appears saying that a problem in the database has been corrected, wait to try the UTORid again, as some changes will take time to reach all parts of the login system.
