Outlook

The University of Toronto (U of T) provides all community members with access to a Microsoft 365 toolkit. Some toolkits offer Microsoft 365 ProPlus, which includes the subscription-based versions of Outlook.

Please confirm if Microsoft 365 ProPlus is part of the toolkit assigned to you by consulting this article: Microsoft 365 Licensing – Toolkit overview and eligibility.

If it is part of your toolkit, follow the instructions to download Microsoft 365 ProPlus to use Outlook.

Thunderbird

Download Thunderbird from the Thunderbird website.

Apple Mail/Windows Mail

Apple Mail and Windows Mail are native to each provider’s operating system, i.e. Apple Mail is included automatically with a macOS computer.
