Add multiple subscribers

Add multiple subscribers


Instructions

  1. Create a text file which includes addresses on separate lines. For example:

    email.address1@utoronto.ca
    email.address2@utoronto.ca
    email.address3@hotmail.com

    Note: if you are adding more than 1000 subscribers break down the .txt files into maximum 500 addresses per file.

  2. IMPORTANT: Save the file(s) as plain text (eg. .txt)
  3. Go to https://listserv.utoronto.ca and click on List Management.
  4. Choose your list from Select List.
  5. From the menu at the top of the page, click Manage your List and choose Subscriber Management.
  6. Go to the Bulk Operations tab, and click Choose File beside Input File.

  7. Find your file and click Open.
  8. You should now see the path line to your file in the Input File field. Click Import.
  9. At the top of the screen, there will be a response that the addresses have been added.
  10. If you have more than one text file of addresses, repeat this process until all the addresses are added to your list.
