Alumni email
Some University of Toronto graduates are eligible for an alumni email account. More information about this service is available from Alumni Relations: https://alumni.utoronto.ca/my-services/alumni-email

New graduates are offered the opportunity to open an alumni email account ending in @alumni.utoronto.ca. These accounts include email and calendaring, powered by Microsoft 365. The login URL for these accounts is: https://alumnimail.utoronto.ca
In order to set up your new alumni email account, you will be directed to a form at https://uoft.me/getalumnimail.
PLEASE NOTE: this form is not always available. If you do not see the form when you visit the opt-in site, this means it has been temporarily removed for updates.

Legacy alumni email accounts
Eligible individuals with alumni accounts on previous U of T email services were being offered the opportunity to move to the new alumni email service as those systems were shutdown:
- UTmail+ @alum.utoronto.ca domain retirement began in May of 2024 and was completed October 31, 2024 for inactive users.
- Gmail Alumni Email Only (@alumni.utoronto.ca powered by Google) was decommissioned in 2022.
- UTORmail, the legacy email service, closed in 2021.
