Shared mailboxes and Apple Mail

Please note: UTmail+ shared mailboxes aren’t compatible with Apple Mail. This is because they are hosted on a Microsoft 365 server and cannot be added to Apple Mail. We recommend using the Outlook desktop application or Outlook Web Access (OWA – https://mail.utoronto.ca) instead.
