These instructions are for students with permissions to a Shared Mailbox, or if you would like to access the Shared Mailbox through OWA on a mobile device.
- Log into your personal account on https://mail.utoronto.ca and then open another tab.
- In the new tab, you will need to open a direct link to the shared mailbox. The direct link is of the format https://outlook.office.com/owa/shared.mailbox@utoronto.ca where you replace “shared.mailbox@utoronto.ca” with the email address of your shared mailbox.
