Student access to a shared mailbox

Introduction

If you are a student who has access to a shared mailbox, open the shared mailbox through Outlook Web Access (OWA):

Instructions

1. Log into your personal account on https://mail.utoronto.ca and then open another tab.
2. In the new tab, you will need to open a direct link to the shared mailbox. The direct link is of the format https://outlook.office.com/owa/shared.mailbox@utoronto.ca where you replace “shared.mailbox@utoronto.ca” with the email address of your shared mailbox.
