Set up a shared mailbox in Outlook for Android

1. You will need to have your individual UTmail+ account set up on your Android device before being able to add the shared mailbox. If you have not set it up yet, you can use the instructions for adding your account to Outlook on your Android device.
2. Tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane, then tap Add a shared mailbox.
   
   
   
   
3. If you have multiple accounts in Outlook Mobile, select the account that has permission to access the shared mailbox.
   
   
   
   
4. After the account setup process is complete, the shared mailbox will display in your account list in Outlook for Android.

To remove a shared mailbox, go to Settings, then Accounts. Then tap on the shared mailbox and select Delete Account.
