Teams Add-In: Use the Praise app and show appreciation to peers

Introduction

Do you have employees or coworkers that go above and beyond with their work? Send acclaim and appreciation to your employees and coworkers with Praise. Deliver in a chat, or for wider recognition, send it in a channel conversation. 

Instructions

1. Below the space where you write a new message or reply, select Praise or choose Messaging extensions (three-dot icon) to find it.
   
    
2. Badges default to Awesome. To send a different badge with your praise message, select a new one from the Badge dropdown menu.
   
   
   
   • Here's the default set of badges in Praise you can choose from. 
     
3. Add the name of the people that you want to praise and an optional description of up to 500 characters.
4. (Options) Select Preview.
5. Once it's ready to go, select Send.
6. A message with the Praise will appear in the chat or channel.
