Enhanced profile applications

Applications with the Enhanced security profile will prompt all users for MFA every time that they authenticate. If the UTORMFA service is unreachable, users will not be able to log in.

Hybrid profile applications

For applications with the Hybrid security profile, users who have privileged access (for example, Enterprise Service Centre fulfillers) will be prompted for MFA every time they log in. Users who do not have privileged access will only be prompted occasionally, as if they were on the Standard security profile.
