How FindTime schedules meetings

Introduction

FindTime is an Outlook add-in that allows you to quickly find time to meet with others.

Instructions

Once all attendees have voted and there is a consensus on a meeting date and time, FindTime will automatically select the best option, email the poll creator and send calendar invitations to attendees.

FindTime first considers the votes of required attendees when selecting a meeting date and time. If the required attendees reach a consensus on multiple dates/times, FindTime will then consider the votes of optional attendees. If there is a tie, FindTime will pick the earlier date/time.

In the case that some attendees do not vote in the poll, you may wish to manually schedule a meeting. Click the New meeting button beside the desired meeting option. A calendar event window containing the meeting details will pop up. When satisfied with the meeting/calendar event invitation, press Send.
